Moin and welcome! Your next puzzle is waiting. This guide shows you how to use your Escape Room Ostfriesland game access, from your booking email to opening the mytabgame app.
Get ready before you leave
For outdoor play, bring a charged mobile device with internet and location access enabled. Install mytabgame before setting off.
Your email is your key
Open the email containing your personal game access. It includes your QR code and start link. If you bought several accesses, you will receive separate emails. Assign one access to each team and keep your login details private.
Open your access on your phone
After installing the app, tap “Spiel starten” in your email. Alternatively, use the QR code with the app. If a username and password were supplied, you can use them to sign in manually. A password shown as asterisks is not a new password: use your existing password, QR code or start link instead.
Find your way around
Use the map or task list to find stations. Some tasks require you to be nearby. The game determines the order and time limit.
Taking a break
Check the game rules before pausing: a countdown may continue. Follow the app’s instructions when resuming.
Need a hand?
Cannot find your access email? Check your spam folder and the email address on your order. If the QR image is missing, use the start link. Contact us with your order number and game name if you need help. We do not need your password.
