Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with all the important information about your tour, as well as the access details for the mytabgame app from our partner Espoto.

For your Frano City Game Tour, you need the free mytabgame app from our partner Espoto, as well as the access credentials that you receive via email right after your purchase.
With this, you can log in to the app and start your tour.
For some products, our browser-based web app is also sufficient (as indicated).
Our games are mostly GPS-based – this means:
You need to be within the vicinity of the respective game location (e.g. 40 meters) with your smartphone or tablet for the next task to unlock.
Playing from a distance is therefore not possible.
The actual game duration (excluding breaks) is between 1 and 4 hours, depending on the tour. You can find the exact duration directly at each game or in the tour description.

Please note: A purchased game can only be actively used on one device at a time.
If you log in on another device with the same credentials during the game, the game progress will be transferred, but the originally used device will be automatically logged out.
In general, a large portion of our FRano City Game Tour products is designed to be accessible and stroller-friendly. However, please note that there may occasionally be unforeseen obstacles, depending on the city – such as construction sites or temporary closures.

Once payment is confirmed, we create your access and send it to the email address on your order. You receive a personal QR code and start link. Each purchased access comes in a separate email. Please also check your spam folder.
Assign a separate access email to each team so everyone knows which access to use. Check your booked game’s description for the appropriate group size. Share login details only within your group.
Some email apps show images only after you allow them. You can use the “Spiel starten” button or the written start link in the same email instead. Install mytabgame first. Our game guide explains the next steps.
Asterisks indicate a masked password, not a new password to type in. Use the QR code or start link. To sign in manually, use your existing password. Please do not email us your password.
